From 1 July to 31 August, Sani Marina Patisserie welcomes internationally acclaimed pastry chef Antonio Bachour for a summer of refined pastry artistry at the Marina.

Created especially for Sani, the bespoke menu brings together elegant desserts, signature chocolate creations, tropical fruit notes, caramelised choux and contemporary viennoiserie - from buttery croissants to indulgent patisserie designed to be enjoyed throughout the day.

Recognised as one of the world’s leading pastry chefs, Antonio Bachour is celebrated for his creativity, technical precision and striking visual style. Born in Puerto Rico, he began working in his family bakery at the age of 13 before developing his craft across leading hotels and restaurants in Miami and New York. Today, Bachour operates restaurants and bakeries across Miami, Brazil and Mexico, and has received numerous international accolades, including World’s Best Pastry Chef by The Best Chef Awards in 2018 and 2022, and La Liste France’s 2024 Pastry Innovation Award.
