TRAIN WITH RAFAEL NADAL’S TENNIS COACH AT SANI THIS AUGUST

Sports fans and tennis aficionados need look no further than Sani Resort for their active break this summer. The world-renowned, multi award-winning Sani Resort welcomes guests to train at the Rafa Nadal Tennis Center alongside Spanish tennis superstar Carlos Moyá, Rafa Nadal’s coach.

From 10th - 17th August 2021, we invite tennis fans of all ages to spend a week honing their racket and ball skills with the Rafa Nadal Tennis Center expert coaches, as well as Rafa Nadal’s very own tennis coach Carlos Moyá, who will be making some special appearances during the week. Furthermore, on 13th August, Moyá will be handing out certificates to participants in the programme, signing memorabilia and meeting our guests.

Former No1 ATP, Roland Garros Champion and current Technical Director of the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar, Carlos Moyá is visiting the academy at Sani to act as head coach, offering high quality tennis coaching at the state-of-the-art facilities. Guests will receive a special certificate upon completion of their training, a lasting keepsake to remember their unique sporting holiday. For tennis fans and players alike, RNTC is a once in a lifetime sporting experience, which is replicated nowhere else in Europe, making it the perfect family holiday activity.

Launched in 2019, the Rafa Nadal Tennis Center at Sani Resort is comprised of 8 clay tennis courts, a clubhouse and an outdoor lounge, offering personalized tennis programmes of all levels and age groups, conducted by top certified by Rafa Nadal Academy coaches. The programmes focus on Rafa Nadal’s technical and physical preparation, embracing, as well, elements of his personal values and mental training. And for those who love to battle it out on the courts, there are tennis tournaments running throughout the season.

Friday 13.08, 09.00-11.00: Carlos Moya Coaching Experience

Carlos Moya will make a special appearance at RNTC and will act as a Head Coach at the Rafa Nadal Tennis Center, during a special 2-hour session

Saturday 14.08, 19.00 – 19.45: Weekly Tennis Tournament ceremony

During the Tennis Tournament Ceremony, Carlos Moya will meet, sign memorabilia and greet the fans. Tournament finalists will receive a special certificate by Carlos Moya, and following the ceremony, Moya and the Rafa Nadal Academy coaches will play a short exhibition game with former Greek No. 1 tennis player, Konstantinos Economidis, in an exclusive match organised especially at Sani Resort.
